RHINOPLASTY (Nose surgery): This procedure reshapes the nose. It can reduce or increase the size of the nose, change the shape of the tip or bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip. There is generally very little to no scarring, depending on the exact procedure performed. It may be performed under local or general anesthesia. Injectible fillers: Injectible fillers, such as collagen and fat, can be used to fill in lines and wrinkes, and add fullness to the lips and cheeks.
